Services may include chimney sweeping, wood-burning stove installation, CCTV chimney inspections, bird guards, chimney cowls and related chimney services. Availability depends on location, workload and access.

3. Quotations

Quotations are provided without obligation unless stated otherwise.
Additional work may affect the final price if previously unknown issues are discovered.
Customers will be informed before extra chargeable work is carried out.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Please provide safe access to the property.
If you need to cancel, give as much notice as possible.
Repeated missed appointments may result in a cancellation charge where reasonable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the property and appliance.
Ensure pets and children are kept safe during the visit.
Advise of any known chimney defects or previous work.

6. Payments

7. Liability

Pete The Sweep will carry out work using reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Customers remain responsible for maintaining their appliance and following manufacturer guidance.
